He Pūtaiao, He Tāngata is our strategy for achieving greater impact with Māori.
Consistent with the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment’s Vision Mātauranga policy, it seeks to unlock the science and innovation potential of Māori knowledge, resources and people.
At ESR this includes Māori-led research programmes, and developing our Māori capability through both intentional recruitment and focused training.
