An investigation into the variability of the refractive index of glass: Part II- The effect of debris contamination

Abstract

The effect of debris contamination on the measurement of the refractive index of glass fragments was investigated. Results are presented that suggest that the variability of refractive index measurements is increased when debris contamination is present on glass fragments.
