Summary

Hospital and community laboratories are requested to refer all VRE isolations to ESR for confirmation and further characterisation. Annual summaries of confirmed isolates are available for 2016 to 2021. Until the annual surveillance report for the year is available, information on the vancomycin-resistant enterococci received during the year will be updated at the end of each month.
