2011 - STEC/VTEC isolates
Summary
Verocytotoxin-producing E.coli (VTEC/STEC) confirmed by ERL in 2011. There were 139 confirmed isolates of E. coli O157:H7 (n=115 in 2010) and 14 confirmed isolates of non-O157 VTEC in 2011 (n=13 in 2010)
