Corporate Publications

ESR is required to publish several documents to fulfil its statutory obligations under the Crown Research Institutes Act 1992. These documents are tabled in Parliament and thereafter made available to the public.

These documents are the:

• Annual Report
• Half-Yearly Report
• Statement of Corporate Intent (SCI)

The directors are required by the Companies Act 1993 to prepare financial statements for each financial year. These statements are presented in the Annual Report.
