The Statement of Corporate Intent (SCI) encompasses the vision, mission and strategy statements for ESR.
It focuses on core business areas, as well as financial and non-financial performance measures and targets for the year ahead.
The SCI is prepared by the Board in consultation with senior management. It is tabled in Parliament at the beginning of September each year.
