ESR has a national network of collecting agents which include medical centres, occupational health nurses and diagnostic laboratories.
Our collecting agents are trained to follow strict procedures to comply with the requirements of the Australian/New Zealand Standard, AS/NZS 4308:2008 "Procedures for the collection, detection and quantitation of drugs of abuse in urine".
They also sign a collection agreement that they will follow the correct procedures for urine collection, in order to assure ESR’s clients that urine collection services fully comply with the Australian/New Zealand Standard AS/NZS 4308:2008.
ESR provides our collecting agents with sample collection kits, chain of custody forms and prepaid courier bags for transporting the specimens overnight to our Workplace Drug Testing Laboratory in Wellington.
