ESR provides specialist training workshops and educational seminars for both managers and staff during the implementation of a company Drug & Alcohol Free Workplace Programme. Training is also recommended for new appointees and as a refresher course for all employees.
Training for managers/supervisors
The training workshops for managers and/or supervisors are restricted to 25 attendees and are conducted over four hours.

The general education seminars for all staff consist of a 1.5 hour session with no restriction on numbers.
