Wendy is a senior adviser, systems research. She joined ESR in November 2004 following 14 years at the University of Hull, UK, where her most recent role was Research Director for the Business School.
Wendy has been involved in multi-agency research for more than 16 years, and is a systems practitioner who uses participative and holistic approaches. Her research with organisations draws on the strengths of both qualitative and quantitative methods to help participants develop their own solutions.
