Asia-Pacific Science, Technology and Society Network Conference 2009: 23-25 November 2009, Griffith University (Southbank campus), Brisbane, Australia
This inaugural annual meeting of the new Asia‐Pacific Science, Technology and Society Network (APSTSN) focussed on STS research and practice in the region. A special feature was the focus on environmental and on indigenous themes, as well as the body (e.g, red life sciences, forensic DNA technologies), and community (e.g, inclusive governance, public engagement, citizenship).
