- Access to a Corporate Health Insurance Plan
We seek to continually improve our working environment in order to attract and retain the best people.
Criminal Record Information
ESR requires you to disclose on your application any criminal charges/proceedings pending or under investigation AND all criminal convictions (unless they are covered by the Criminal Records (Clean Slate Act) 2004).
A criminal convictions check carried out by the Ministry of Justice is a condition of employment for all positions.
If you are unsure what consitutes criminal charges, proceedings or convictions, or would like more information about what you are required to disclose please seek legal advice. PSA members can approach their delegate or organiser for advice.
Note: The declaration of a minor offence does not mean that employment will not be granted. However, the non-declaration of an offence that you are required to disclose will be seen as a misrepresentation of a criminal record and treated accordingly.
Further information relevant to potential employment may be sought during the selection process.
